Antique early 1900's Jefferson Glass reverse painted flowers woven pattern glass

Price
$189.00

This beautiful antique Jefferson Glass fixture, this shade is reverse painted glass, with flowers in a woven basket style pattern. Rewire only on this fixture, I really wanted to leave this fixture with the original hardware even though it is well worn this fixture is still really beautiful.

The glass shade has ware as you can see in the pics, the semiflush brass shade holder is chipped and worn but just so beautifully ornate and painted I wanted to keep all the original hardware on this fixture.

The Jefferson Glass Company was founded in 1900 in Steubenville, Ohio and operated there until 1908 specializing in the making of opalescent glass. In 1908, the company moved to a new location in West Virginia and sold many of its Steubenville opalescent glass molds to the Northwood Glass Company.
