What if I need to return my purchase?
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photographs of each item in our collection to give you a clear understanding of its condition and appearance. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns, our policy is as follows;
- Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- 20% restock fee
- Items must be in original condition and not installed
- Damaged wire will reflect a deduction of $3 per ft
- Custom items cannot be returned
